Wallace Van Allen has been in the plumbing business since 1991 which began in Los Angeles, California. Wallace has been plumbing since 1984 when he started as a helper. He belonged to the plumbers union Local 761 in Burbank, California where he attended classes and also gained hands on experience in new construction. We’ve been in Reno/Sparks since 2004.
